Stephen joined Terre Armée in 2022, with a purpose to lead the Reinforced Earth Company in North America through its next expansionary phase. His focus is customer satisfaction, product portfolio diversification and manufacturing expansion, organizational excellence and process discipline.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati in Economics, he has focused most of his career within the paper manufacturing and building material sectors.
Most recently, he spent the last few years at CRH in The United States as a President within their precast concrete business. Early in his career he joined International Paper as a Managing Director in East Asia. He moved between Europe and Asia to lead the global expansion for companies within the engineered wood products industry. For over 25 years, Stephen lived abroad in Japan, South Korea, France and England.
