A graduate of a Business School and after discovering Human Resources Development challenges at Total and Danone, Flore joined VINCI Group in 2011.
She spent 11 years at VINCI Airports, in a context of strong international development with many new acquisitions and integrations and where she evolved in several positions in Human Resources. She was also in charge of leading Health & Safety policy of VINCI Airports for 5 years.
In 2021, Flore moved to Cambodia as Human Resources Director to manage 3 airports in a crisis context before being appointed Human Resources Director of Terre Armée.
Convinced about Human potential and passionate of cultural diversity, Flore likes to raise challenges and build close relationships with people.
