Antoine is passionate about operational risk management and has been doing so since he was very young, having worked as a volunteer firefighter for ten years, in parallel with his studies and his early career.
From 2012 to 2017, Antoine has evolved in several engineering positions within the oil and gas industry, particularly as HSE Manager on offshore platforms; in South East Asia, Middle East and Mexico and Australia.
He joined the construction field in 2017 within Soletanche Bachy and was able to assist the different entities of the group for 5 years before taking over the Health and Safety department of the Terre Armée group.
Antoine values the importance of the close relationship between operations and the HSE.
His motto: “The solution comes from the field and the resolution of dysfunctions or gaps is possible by focusing on the people”.
